Shipping Rates & Refund Policy

All orders must be received by 2:00pm CST (Central Standard Time) for shipment same day.  We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday, therefore any orders received on the weekend will be processed the following Monday.


Shipping is provided via USPS.  Shipping rates have been calculated based on averaging shipping rates across the US.  We do not ship to PO Box addresses.  We will only ship within the United States.  Please call our office at 847.832.1185 if you need a product shipped outside of the US.

  • $8.50 shipping fee on orders up to $249

*For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please call Dy Dermatology Center at 847.832.1185 to place your order.  For products that can be shipped to these locations, an additional shipping and handling fee will apply and quoted to you via telephone.

Return Policy

Dy Dermatology Center will only accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase on items that cannot be used due to a skin reaction.  In this event, a Dy Dermatology employee must physically see the reaction and a detailed return form will need to be completed by the customer for documentation purposes for the manufacturer.  Dy Dermatology Center will not refund or issue a store credit for any items, opened or unopened after 14 days.  Dy Dermatology Center will not accept returns, exchanges or issue a store credit for any open or unopened prescription products.  No returns on items purchased on sale days.
